1. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, and authentication data when you create an account.
Scan data: photos submitted for analysis, and the skin markers, scores, and routines generated from them.
Usage data: device type, app interactions, and API request metadata used to operate and improve the service.
2. How we use information
To generate your skin analysis, score, routine, and recommendations.
To operate, maintain, and improve the platform, including fraud prevention and abuse detection.
To communicate with you about your account, product updates, and — where you've opted in — marketing.
3. AI model training
Scan images are not used to train shared or general-purpose AI models without your explicit, revocable opt-in, which can be managed from account settings at any time.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell scan data. We share information with service providers (such as cloud infrastructure and analytics vendors) under contractual confidentiality obligations, and with clinical or enterprise partners only where you've authorized that connection.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, including scan history, at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

7. Children's privacy
Tincyglo is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
